Stamp card
A card that fills itself
Nothing to print and nothing for guests to install: the card is kept by the email they pay or book with.
They pay
A paid visit adds one stamp, one a day. Staff can add the visit by hand for a guest who pays in cash.
They hear about it
Guests who opted in get a thank-you with their stamps so far, and an email when the reward is waiting.
The reward reaches the bill
When the guest asks for the bill, the waiter sees the reward and applies it with one tap.

One card for all your locations
Run more than one restaurant? Share one stamp card across them: a stamp earned in one counts in all.
